Delta Carbon Case Wax is a proprietary blend that introduces a nano-tech lubricant to the case sizing market, as well as improved lubricity, the formula also provides a superior case protectant that reduces oxidization and darkening of brass.

For superior performance, use Delta Carbon Case Wax in all brass sizing applications, simply apply a very thin film by hand, perform your operation and wipe the brass down with a dry cloth, Delta Carbon recommend only wiping to ensure a thin invisible film remains that will protect your brass.

We have been testing this product for some time now, we find a very minimal coating applied by fingers provides the best result, simply pay attention to the force required to operate your reloading press and adjust as required.

Instructions:

Take the case and apply a small amount of wax to the brass. Apply it well, leaving an imperceptible film. Apply it with a die resizer and then dry with a clean cloth. Why use a small amount of case wax? Because a normal amount of wax creates thickness between the walls of the die and those of the case, resulting in tolerance differences that we high-level shooters don't like. A small amount of commercial wax is greasy and is also difficult to remove from the brass. Delta Case Wax requires a minimal amount of product to have linear, frictionless descents and release the case with the specific measurements set on the die and a very minimal tolerance. Some of the tests were done with a can left to freeze, and the minimal amount of product left on the fingers was applied to the case, giving impressive results. No blockages in the full die, smooth descents so much so that it seemed like a new case from the box, once cleaned, a single molecule removes and prevents oxidation of the brass.
