L.E.M Deluxe Case Cleaner

The electromagnetic cartridge case cleaner LEM represents a  new generation of cartridge case cleaners. It uses water, dishwasher soap, and stainless steel microneedles. It is very fast and the brasses are perfectly cleaned as new.

The LEM machine works only with brass cartridge cases.

The electromagnetic cartridge case cleaner DELUXE model has a monophase electric engine with an electronic board which increases or decreases the electric engine speed depending on the brass load inside the plastic tank.

The magnetic plate speed rotation is variable, in order to increase the mixing of the brasses and to reduce the cleaning time. To increase the mixing of the brass inside the tank, the LEM machine turns on and off randomly.

The particular disposal of the neodymium magnets on the turnplate, and their different center rotation compared to the tank’s position center, generates a “shaking” effect and the brasses are mixed inside the plastic tank.

The LEM machines are patented.

To obtain an excelent shining brass it’s only necessary to place the brasses in the tank with:  ferromagnetic micro needles (supplied with the LEM), water, little quantity of dishwasher soap and  a little quantity of anti-limescale liquid.

Once the LEM machine has been turned on, the micro-needles are dragged in the liquid and they exercise a polishing action on the cartridge cases. After few minutes you can have the brasses as new, including their internal surface and their primer pocket.

When the washing is finished and the brasses are dried, they are ready to be reloaded.
